Der St. Louis Globe-Democrat Nr. 140 kündigt auf S. 42 (= S. 2 des 4. Teils) eine Aufführung der 4. Symphonie in der nächsten Saison an [am 10./11.1.1913]:
" St. Louis Symphony Plans.
Max Zach, conductor of the St. Louis Symphony Orchestra is reported to be busily engaged in the East arranging the Symphony Society's musical programmes for the season that begins at the Odeon early in November. The conductor has secured the scores of many new compositions and eminent redactions of old ones. Prominent on his list are said to be the following:
Bruckner's Fourth Symphony.
Sibelius' Fourth Symphony.
[... 18 weitere Werke ...].
At the sixth Symphony concert Madame Gadski is to be the soloist. The season begins November 8 and there will be fifteen pairs of concerts, Friday afternoons and Saturday nights, as well as fifteen popular concerts on Sunday afternoons." (*).
Die Mississippi-Blätter Nr. 280 (Westliche Post, St. Louis, Missouri) bringen auf S. 9 ebenfalls einen Saisonüberblick:
" Aus der Musikwelt.

Für die bevorstehende Konzertsaison der Symphonie=Gesellschaft giebt sich erfreulicherweise in den weitesten Kreisen thatkräftiges Interesse kund. [... zugkräftige Solisten (Schumann-Heink, Johanna Gadski, Ysaye, Fritz Kreisler, Godowski) ... 15 Konzerte, Beginn 8.11.1912 ... Kartenpreise ...].
Dirigent Zach stellt mehrere Neuheiten in Aussicht, die sicherlich allgemein als willkommene Programm=Nummern begrüßt werden. Unter diesen befinden sich Brahms Symphonie No. 4, Glazounow's Symphonie No. 6, Bruckners neue "Romantische Symphonie", Sibelius' Symphonie No. 4, [... acht weitere Werke ... Vorverkauf ... Abbildungen Schumann-Heink, Efrem Zimbalist, Johanna Gadski ...]." (**).
