The Pantagraph Nr. 116 (Bloomington, Illinois) berichtet auf S. 18 (= S. 2 des 2. Teils) von Musikfestivals in Europa:

"[... England ...].

     Thruout [sic] Germany, festivals will held until October. Bonn, Saarbrucken [... sechs Städte ...] Donaueschingen and Berlin will have music fetes. Beethoven, Brahms, Reger, Bruckner, Wagner and Bach, always German favorites, will be presented again and again in the provinces

     [... Italien und andere Gegenden ...]." (**).
