Die in St. Louis (Missouri) erscheinende Zeitung St. Louis Post-Dispatch Nr. 304 berichtet auf S. 17 von der gestrigen Sitzung zur Festlegung des Programms für den 1.12.1891:
"         JUBILEE MUSIC.
Catholic Organists Hold a Meeting to Arrange a Programme.

     A meeting of the organists of the Roman Catholic Churches was held yesterday afternoon at 8 o'clock at St. John's Library, on Sixteenth and Chestnut streets, to make arrangements for the concert to be given on the occasion of the celebration of the jubilee of Archbishop Kenrick. The meeting was held in response to a call of the Committee on Music, and there were eighteen organists present. The gathering was called to order by Rev. Father Brady, and Mr. Joseph Otten was elected chairman. The following organists were present: [im Original immer mit Angabe der zugehörigen Kirche] Charles Schulte; Walter Monnig; M. P. Becker; M. Bauer; V. F. Serafini, Cathedral; R. Budo; A. C. Wondell; Jacob Haag; C. Willanbrink; Joseph Lubeley; August Sprengnether, Miss Agnes Kinnerk; Miss Carrie Wilkinson; Mrs. Regina M. Carlin; Miss J. E. Bird; M. A. Gilsinn; J.J. Voellmecke, St. John's, and Miss Theresa Finn, Visitation. It was decided to perform Bruckner's Te Deum for solo, chorus and orchestra, and the "Gloria" from Mozart's Twelfth Mass. Preparatory rehearsals will be held in the southern part of the city on Tuesdays, northern part on Wednesdays, and in the central part on Thursday. Mr. Joseph Otten will be the conductor. There have already been promised 319 singers by the organists who attended yesterday's meeting."
