The Cincinnati Enquirer Nr. 66 kündigt auf S. 7 die Aufführung der 4. Symphonie am 9./10.3.1906 an:
"                        AMUSEMENTS.

[... u. a. über ein Konzert Alfred Reisenauers ...]
           THE SYMPHONY CONCERT.
     The interest of Cincinnati concert goers this week centers in the appearance of Mr. Hans Richard with the Symphony Orchestra on Friday afternoon and Saturday evening. On the continent Mr. Richard is looked upon as a pianist of extraordinary ability. [...] under Mr. Van der Stucken's baton. Mr. Richard will play the Schytte's Concerto, C-sharp Minor op 28. This concerto has never been played in America, and on that account will be of particular interest. The orchestra will give the overture to Humperdinck's "Hansel and Gretel," the Bruckner Symphony No. 4, "The Swan of Tuonela," by Sibelius and the "Les Preludes," by Liszt." (***).
