THE KRUPP CASE ABSORBS PUBLIC INTEREST.

     The culminating point of the Berlin musical season is always the series of ten concerts given in the large hall of the Philharmonie by the superb Philharmonic Orchestra, under the incomparable baton of Prof. Nikisch. [... ein Muss ... an Montagen, so überfüllt wie die öffentlichen Generalproben tags zuvor ...].

     The programme of the ten concerts has just been published. In addition to the usual Beethoven and Brahms symphonies, Bruckner's Fifth Symphony [am 26.1.1914], Tschaikowsky's "Pathétique" and Richard Strauss's new composition, "Festliches Präludium," will be performed.
