The Hartford Courant macht auf S. 4 auf das Worcester-Festival mit der Aufführung des "Te deum" [am 24.9.1914] aufmerksam:
"WORCESTER MUSIC FESTIVAL THIS WEEK

    The fifty-seventh Worcester Music Festival will open in Mechanics Hall, that city, tomorrow. During the week there will be nine public rehearsals and five concerts. The works that have been selected are "La Nuova Vita," Wolf-Ferrari; "Te Deum," Bruckner; "Elijah," Mendelssohn. The soloists include:–

    Dr. Arthur Mees will conduct the concerts with Gustave Strube assisting. The Boston Symphony Orchestra, with the Worcester Festival Chorus, will complete the personnel of the festival." (*).

Auch The Boston Globe Nr. 82 bringt auf S. 42 eine Ankündigung:
"           Worcester Musical Festival.
     The 57th annual festival of the Worcester County Musical Association will be held in Mechanic's Hall from Sept 21 to 25, inclusive. There will be nine rehearsals and five concerts, under the direction of Arthur Mees, conductor; Gustave Strube, associate conductor.     The Boston Symphony Orchestra will furnish the orchestral part of the festival, and will present [... fünf Werke ...].
     Rehearsals will be held the first three days of the week. [... Programm am Mittwoch ...].
     Thursday afternoon the soloists will be Efrem Zimbalist and Miss Mildred Potter. In the evening Wolf Ferrari's "Vita Nuova" will be given its first festival performance, with Clarence Whitehill as Dante and Olive Kline as Beatrice and Miss Kline, Miss Christine Schutz, William H. Pagdin, and Clarence Whitehill as soloists in Bruckner's "Te Deum."
     Rudolph Ganz and Miss Olive Kline will be the soloists at Friday afternoon's concert, and in the evening the soloists will be Mme Alma Gluck and Messrs Evan Williams and Clarence Whitehill." (**).
