The Leader Democrat Nr. 263 (Springfield, Missouri) meldet auf S. 6 in der 5. Spalte die Aufführung der d-Moll-Messe am 17.1.1897 in Wien [auf dieser Seite ist nicht nur dieser Artikel identisch mit dem vom 6.2.1897 in Indiana]:
" In memory of Antoine Bruckner, one of the most celebrated members of the Society of Friends of Music has decided to devote his second concert at Vienna (17th of January) to a solemn execution of the mass in D of this composer. [...]".
