"                      MUSICAL NEWS.

[...]

     Max Fiedler, the new conductor of the Boston Symphony Orchestra, has made public a partial list of the novelties which he expects to produce during the coming season. There are two symphonies in the list, Bruckner's Eighth, which has never been played in Boston and possibly in this country, and a new symphony by Paderewski [... auch Max Reger, Sibelius etc. ... Solisten ...]." (*).
