"               Music

     The following schedule is given out for the festival season of Munich, from which it may be seen that the art of music will reign supeme in the Bavarian capital. [... Schumann-Tage, Richard Strauss-Woche, Mozart- und Wagner-Festival ...]; in August, a repetition of the Bethoven-Brahms-Bruckner [sic] cycle, given last summer by the Konzert-Verein orchestra; in September, the first Mahler festival. There is no doubt that Munich will be the Mecca of music loving American tourists this year."
