The New York Times Nr. 19205 berichtet auf S. 9 vom gestrigen Konzert des Wiener Akademischen Gesangvereins [vermutlich mit dem "Germanenzug", wie am 21.8.1910 für Philadelphia angekündigt]:
"      VIENNA STUDENTS GIVE A CONCERT
[...]
The students of the University of Vienna, who have come to America to see as much of it as they can in two weeks, and to sing at several festival concerts, put in a busy day yesterday. [... Dampfer Moltke mit einem Tag Verspätung ... Gäste des Arion Club ... vormittags Probe, dann Sightseeing, Columbia University ... abends Konzert in der Carnegie Hall unter Franz Pawlikowsky ... in farbiger Studententracht ...].
The programme included numbers by Schubert, Pawlikowsky, Englesberg [sic],  Grieg, Jensen, Beethoven, Bruckner, Lafite, Silcher, Weinwurm, and von Weinzierl.
The soloists were Herman [sic] Studeny, violinist; Dr. Raimund Halatschka, baritone; Herman Gallos, tenor; Otto Wacha, baritone, and Anton M. Topiyz, pianist.
After the concert the party was entertained by the Austrian societies at the Terrace Garden. [... heute nach ...] Boston. They are also to visit Buffalo, Niagara Falls, Washington, Baltimore, and Philadelphia before returning here to sing at Manhattan Beach on Aug. 30. They sail back on Aug. 31." (*).

Genaueres zum Programm schreibt The Brooklyn Citizen Nr. 54 auf S. 7:
"             VIENNESE SINGERS SCORE.
Come from Vienna's University to Carnegie Hall.
The enthusiasm of a representative German audience, numbering over 3,000, made the first American concert of the Academic Singing Society of Vienna at Carnegie Hall last night an event to be remembered.
Whether, as has been stated, these 115 students, alumni and professors of Vienna's university form the second best male chorus in the world, is a matter difficult to determine, but it is a great singing organization. Director Franz Pawlikowsky had to repeat the songs before the audience would be satisfied.
[...]
All of the compositions, including Schubert's "Widerspruch," [... Pawlikowsky, Grieg, Beethoven, Jensen ...] Bruckner's "Germanenzug," and five others less frequently heard, were distinguished by musical expressiveness, distinctness of enunciation and sonorous pleasing tone quality.
Dr. Raimund Halatschka, baritone, sang an incidental solo and Carl Loewe's ballads with intelligence, and Herman Gallas displayed a characteristic voice of German type.
The singing society will give a concert at Manhattan Beach on Tuesday evening next." (**).

The Buffalo Courier Nr. 236 kündigt auf S. 7 das Konzert des Wiener Akademischen Gesangvereins [vermutlich mit dem "Germanenzug"] am 26.8.1910 an:
"ORPHEUS MEMBERS WILL MEET VIENNA SINGERS
[... am Freitag Ankunft, Empfang im Rathaus, Stadtrundfahrt (65 Autos), Dinner, Konzert und nachfolgender Empfang ... samstags Niagara-Fälle und Weiterfahrt nach Philadelphia und Washington ...]
[... 150 Sänger ...]. They will be dressed in costume and make an attractive appearance. The concert programme is one that will appeal to musical lovers and a treat is in store for those who attend Friday night's performance." (***).
