     The first recital of the season by Paderewski will be given in Carnegie Hall on Tuesday afternoon [... Benefiz für Tuberkulose ... Fritz Kreisler am 12.12.1915 ...].

     The second pair of concerts of the Boston Symphony Orchestra will be given in Carnegie Hall on Thursday evening, Dec. 2, and Saturday afternoon, Dec. 4. At both concerts the soloist will be Fritz Kreisler. Thursday evening he will play Beethoven's Concerto. Saturday afternoon he will play the Concerto in E minor, No. 22, by Viotti. Bruckner's Seventh Symphony will be played Thursday evening, [... am Samstag Musik des 18. Jahrhunderts ...].

     Emmy Destinn, [... weitere Konzerte ...]." (*).

[... Ankündigungen mehrerer Konzerte, darunter Mahlers Achte in New York mit dem Philadelphia Orchestra unter Stokowski im Frühjahr ...].

Ankündigung der 7. Symphonie für den 29.11.1915 in The Philadelphiy Inquirer Nr. 144 auf S. 29 (= S. 7 des 2. Teils):

"     The second concert of the Boston Symphony Orchestra will be given in the Academy of Music a week from Monday night, November 29, at 8.15. The soloist will be Fritz Kreisler, who will then make his only appearance of the season here with orchestra. Mr. Kreisler will play Beethoven's Concerto. The Symphony will be Bruckner's in E-major, No. 7." (***).
