Die Saisonankündigung in The Brooklyn Citizen Nr. 117 auf S. 4 verzeichnet die 8. Symphonie [am 28.11.1919]:
"           PHILHARMONIC'S PLANS.
     There will be a number of interesting novelties in the programmes arranged by Josef Stransky for the coming season of the Philharmonic Society. Especially noteworthy among them are the following:
     Viteslav Novak's "In the Tatia [sic] Mountains," Ravel [... acht weitere Werke ...].     New American works which will be heard this year [... sechs Werke ...].
     Compositions which are novelties to Philharmonic audiences include [... Loeffler, Dvorak ...], Bruckner's Eighth Symphony, and Florent Schmitt's "Rhapsodie Viennoise;" while among the revivals will be [... vier Werke und andere ...] which have not been heard for several seasons at Phiharmonic concerts." (*).
 
The Sun Nr. 56 (New York) kündigt auf S. 87 (= S. 7 des 8. Teils) die 8. Symphonie [am 28.11.1919] an [Beginn des Artikel auf S. 85 (= S. 5)]:
"CONCERTS, RECITAL, NOTES OF MUSIC.
[...]
     A number of interesting novelties will be on the programmes arranged by Josef Stransky for the coming season of the Philharmonic Society. Ein Inserat im Berliner Volksblatt "Vorwärts" Nr. 548 auf S. 4 macht auf die Aufführung der 5. Symphonie am 31.10.1919 aufmerksam (***).
