Arthur Neißer berichtet in der Allgemeinen Musikzeitung von der Aufführung der 5. Symphonie unter Westarp [am 1.10.1907 oder 15.10.1907] (*).

Die 9. Symphonie [Aufführung am 7.11.1907] wird kurz erwähnt in The Asheville Citizen-Times Nr. 314 auf S. 5:
"THE BOSTON SYMPHONY EN TOUR
     The Boston Symphony Orchestra is this week making the first of its five trips to New York, Philadelphia, Baltimore, Washington and Brooklyn. At none of its concerts is there a soloist. The four symphonies chosen by Dr Muck for these programs are Mozart's in G minor, Beethovens' "Pastoral," Bruckner's in D minor (the Unfinished), and d'Indy's "Wallenstein Trilogy" which met with so great succese [sic] in Boston when it was played there for the first time a few weeks ago. [...]"  (**).
