Leibrentenvertrag: Die durch Gustav Riehl vertretene Tischgesellschaft im »Riedhof« zahlt Bruckner 100 fl auf Lebenszeit (erstmals am 1.5.1891), wenn dieser einmal jährlich in St. Florian oder in der Wiener Piaristenkirche Orgel spielt. Beurkundung durch den Notar Dr. Carl Grohs (**).

Ankündigungen der 3. Symphonie [in London am 29.6.1891] in den Daily News Nr. 14021 auf S. 2:
"          MUSIC AND MUSICIANS.
[...]
     A very strong prospectus has been drawn up for the forthcoming series of Richter Concerts. The novelties include Professor Stanford's chorus [... Cornelius, Dvorak ...], and Brückner's symphony No. 3 in D minor, besides the opening scene from "Das Rheingold," [... weitere Werke ...]." (***),

in der Pall Mall Gazette Nr. 8106 auf S. 3:
"     A proof of the prospectus of the Richter concerts for the present season lies before us.  The series begins on May 25 and ends on July 20. The novelties of the series include a symphony in D-mionor (No. 3) by A. Bruckner which is dedicated to Wagner, and P. Cornelius's overture "Der Barbier von Bagdad," both of them new to England. The Wagner excerpts are necessarily numerous [... Programm vom 25.5.1891 ...]." (°)

und in The Manchester Guardian Nr. 13910 auf S. 5 in der 6. Spalte:
"   FROM OUR LONDON CORRESPONDENT
                   (BY PRIVATE WIRE.)
                                          LONDON, THURSDAY NIGHT.
[...]
     I have just received a proof of the Richter concert prospectus. The Viennese conductor gives the preponderance to the works of Beethoven and Wagner [...]. Two absolute novelties are promised, these being a symphony in D minor, No. 3, by A. Bruckner, and the overture to Cornlius's "Barber of Bagdad." [... weitere geplante Werke ...]." (°°).
